Found Candice through a Google search and selected her based on her reviews and reading through her website.

Boy didn’t she deliver!!! Was ALWAYS professional, prompt, and I completely felt she had my best interests at heart. At one point I wanted to give up and give in. She told me she could see that I was exhausted and wasn’t myself, and even though she would do exactly what I instructed her too, she advised me to sit on my thoughts for a day or two and then revert back to her with a fresh mind.

That’s exactly what I did and I ended up with a FAR better result In the end. All because she took the time to understand, help me, and fight for me.

I recommended a work mate soon after and he constantly tells me how brilliant Candice is.

She won’t let you down..

However, she absolutely will know and go for the outcomes you are entitled to and will not allow you to be bullied by the other party whilst doing so.

She keeps it truthful and fair whilst having a sharp wit and an understanding ear in what can be a very challenging and emotional time. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.”

Tanya, Gold Coast: 2020.

“My settlement was difficult and protracted, but Candice guided me through it every step of the way, never leaving me to handle any of it on my own. She always fully explained the legal side of things and was confident and professional in our court appearances.

With her guidance I was able to make my own informed decisions along the way. When I was unsure about anything, she was always able to bring things into perspective, without making me feel silly for being worried.

The very reasonable rates at RB Family Law made it less stressful to pursue the legal avenue, and I know using Candice saved me a lot of money. I would recommend anyone going through the separation process to ring Candice and make an appointment. You would have hit the jackpot of lawyers.”

Sue, Brisbane: 2020.

“Reliable, efficient, and affordable – for many lawyers, just marketing words in contrast to your actual experience, but definitely not so with Candice!! With just 3 months available to analyse a property pot, consider parenting aspects, and brief me well for a successful negotiated financial settlement, Candice was amazingly thorough, bluntly honest on what I could expect, with a phenomenal attention to detail almost rivalling my own. We made an amazing pair, with black humour when needed! Candice has a mind like a steel trap, works fast and cuts straight to the chase to minimise time spent on distracting issues. This is the highly experienced lawyer you want in your corner for any kind of Family Law case – from simple to ugly and complex. I thoroughly recommend Candice to everyone confronting the traumatic experience of Separation and Divorce.”

Katie, Noosa: 2020

“Candice worked with me to achieve court orders without the necessity of a further one year delay waiting for trial.   I was particularly impressed with the way she worked with legal teams from both sides to expedite a child-focussed outcome.   Candice’s efficiency and timeliness in managing this matter for two years led to a lot less stress in what was otherwise an exhausting, confusing and at times terrifying ordeal for me and for my children, particularly when I was self-represented. I am truly grateful for Candice’s steadiness, her ability to apply common sense during a turbulent time, and her straightforward explanation of the unfolding legal process delivered at times with a good dose of comical satire! I highly recommend engaging Candice of RB Family Law.”

Ruth, Yandina 2020

“Separation was hard; not spending time with my son and being fully engaged in his life was even harder. I was passionate, committed and determined to be involved in his life as this is my responsibility as his father. Candice ensured that legally my son’s right to be fully engaged with me as his Dad was achieved, and we had a positive outcome in his best interests. I can’t thank her enough and I am so appreciative and grateful for this.”

Her approach to all parties is fair but firm. I enjoyed working with Candice and I have no hesitation in recommending her”.

Morena, Cooroy: 2019

Family separation can be a confusing, stressful and an emotionally draining time especially with children and assets to negotiate. Candice was able to explain and reassure me of certain things that made this journey a real learning experience. We had many hurdles along the way and she remained staunch, clear and kept focussed on the big picture; communicating with me the entire way.

She gave me her professional opinion on certain outcomes that might eventuate from the choices I would make. This allowed me to understand what was happening and was better informed to make certain decisions along the way. I highly recommend Candice as she has done fantastic work at representing me.

Alfred, Tinbeerwah: 2019

Candice supported my Mum through a really stressful and challenging time. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable and fast with her responses. Some legal terms were a little daunting and I found that Candice explained things, without judgement, when we asked her questions. Candice is very sharp and she gave us a sense of empowerment. We felt like valued clients and not just another number. I can’t thank her enough!

Sheree, Highworth: 2019

Candice was highly recommended to me through a friend at work as I wasn’t getting anywhere with lawyers I previously interviewed about my property settlement. I can honestly say her opening statement on her website says it all so accurately. She is above all honest, reliable, efficient and most of all very direct (to the point), getting the job done. I give heartfelt thanks to Candice for the highest standards I have ever experienced in her profession. I couldn’t have done this without her. A very positive outcome made very affordable, unlike other lawyers I have come across on previous occasions. It gave me great pleasure seeing Candice in action. She is a true master and born for her profession as a lawyer. I have already taken the liberty of recommending her to others.

Julie, Gympie: 2019

“Can’t thank you enough for making what was a horrible, unexpected time in my life much easier to navigate. I never felt that I was asking silly questions and my many emails were answered promptly. Without your expertise I may have made errors in my orders.”

Lisa, Sunrise Beach: 2018

“Candice is the perfect solicitor. Hard but understanding, patient but with a sense of urgency, diligent in all matters and most of all honest with her dealings with me regarding expected outcomes. She is extremely intelligent and has a vast grasp of the law and other psychological matters. Let’s face it, divorce can be emotionally and financially crippling. She guided me to a position which was fair and reasonable.

When I first approached my divorce with another solicitor the first solicitor wanted me to settle on a figure which would have cost me many hundreds of thousands of dollars. Candice brought some hope to me initially and ended up delivering. When, over the years, the other side prevaricated in every way, Candice was able to move the divorce forward. She handled and beat comprehensively one of the largest law firms in Australia at about one quarter of the cost.

So when I say Candice cannot improve on her services this is not a hollow gesture, she really is an amazing individual that has given back to me once again a sense of worth and hope.”

Christopher, Nambour: 2018

I hold Candice Rosborough-Ball in high esteem and have no hesitation recommending her as a family law solicitor. Candice successfully finalised my marital separation and has been available for queries relating to this separation that have arisen since then.

In my opinion Candice is excellent in her area of expertise. A proficient, efficient and extremely diligent solicitor. She was very professional, supporting and empathetic and had excellent communication skills, listening to my needs and explaining what was needed and why.

Nicki, Mooloolaba: 2018

Candice did an excellent job in securing a very satisfactory outcome in my parenting matter. She was able to grasp the issues quickly and navigate the legal system to deliver a result in good time. Candice is extremely efficient in her dealings and is very mindful of costs along the way. I would recommend to anyone needing help with Family Law matters to engage Candice’s services.

Oliver, Peregian Beach: 2018

“I am extremely grateful to Candice. Not only for her focus, resourcefulness, fairness and professionalism, but for making it possible, on a personal level, for me to move on with my life positively. She helped me confront and navigate the many issues surrounding settlement that would have been impossible on my own.”

Natalie, Pomona: 2018

We were initially recommended to Candice by a previous client of hers.   Having been to a number of other solicitors, we finally felt we had received the advice and direction that we desperately needed and she set us on the path of guiding us confidently, capably and professionally through the confusing maze of paperwork and legalities of this lengthy and difficult divorce proceeding.  We would highly recommend Candice to anyone looking for a family lawyer.

The minefield of the legal environment is incredibly daunting, coupling this with the emotional nature of family law, can create an all-consuming life event. To have Candice by your side, being able to articulate, negotiate and buffer the nightmare that was this saga in my life, has been incredibly settling. Candice’s impeccable professional skills in dealing with the legal environment, but more so her personal nature, has helped to create an outcome that hasn’t left a traumatic legacy for me. The result, I feel, was due to her passionate nature, diligence to task, availability to discuss aspects of the mater and her focus on reducing costs. I highly recommend RB family law to anyone going through any Family Law matter.

Duncan, Buddina: 2016

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Candice at RB Family Law for representing me in a timely and professional manner throughout what has been an incredibly tough period. Separation is an incredibly challenging time, especially when children are involved. To have the legal side of closure managed in such a professional and diligent manner was a weight lifted off me, allowing me to spend so much more valuable and precious time with my beautiful son……because at two, he doesn’t care about the law.

Darren, Doonan: 2016

Petra, Noosaville: 2015

Candice was very helpful and informative. My matter was handled promptly. I was kept well informed. I am very glad that I chose RB Family Law. I would definitely recommend Candice to anyone with a family law matter.

Patricia, Noosaville: 2015

I went into my matter knowing I was going to need a bit of hand holding, I don’t think Candice realised just how much. Nonetheless she was always professional and probably one of the most responsive lawyers I have ever dealt with, which is amazing and just what I needed. She is a very straight shooter and I always felt like she had everything under control, even when I clearly didn’t, was overly emotional, freaking out and sending her lots of emails! I would and do highly recommend Candice!

Shane, Maroochydore: 2015
